		<description>I agree, the article was an excellent read and certainly was food for thought.  I&#039;m not so sure I received the same message as the other person who commented though, &quot;Eat less, weigh less&quot;.  I feel I was educated more in the nature vs. nurture aspect of life.  That what we are given now in terms of nutrition and physical nuturing will impact your life now and your future relatives.  I do agree that the less you eat impacts what you weigh-that is rather obvious in my eyes.  The human body must consume over 3500 excess calories in order for you to gain 1 lb.  Think about how many extra calories you must have eaten in order to be how overweight you may currently be.  Scary yes!  To me the truth is that in order to be healthy for SOME people you must educate yourself and then reestablish learned patterns in order to become healthier.  BUT ALL THAT I&#039;VE SAID IS ONLY MY OPINION!</description>
